The Asian Vision Institute (AVI) is proudly marked its 6th anniversary, celebrating six years of thought leadership, innovative policy-oriented research, analysis, recommendations and strategic insights related to international affairs, regional security and economy. The milestones event also featured the special book launch titled “ASEAN and the Responsibility to Protect (R2P): An Ambivalent Relationship” shedding light on the complex dynamics between ASEAN and the global norm of R2P.
