The Asian Vision Institute (AVI) in collaboration with Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Cambodia has published an edited book volume entitled “Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022: Priorities and Challenges”. The book aims at (1) exploring priorities and key deliverables for Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship, (2) identifying opportunities and challenges for Cambodia’s upcoming ASEAN Chairmanship, and (3) soliciting policy inputs for policymakers to enable Cambodia to act as an effective ASEAN Chair in 2022 in enhancing the three main pillars, namely the ASEAN Political-Security Community, the ASEAN Economic Community, and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community, as well as advancing ASEAN’s external relations.

វិទ្យាស្ថានចក្ខុវិស័យអាស៊ី (AVI) បានសហការជាមួយ មូលនិធិខុនរ៉ាដអាដិនណៅអ៊ែរ (KAS) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បោះពុម្ពសៀវភៅមួយដែលមានចំណងជើងថា “ការធ្វើជាប្រធានអាស៊ានរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២២៖ អាទិភាព និងបញ្ហាប្រឈម”។ សៀវភៅនេះមានគោលបំណង (១) ស្វែងយល់ពីអាទិភាព និងសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗក្នុងការធ្វើជាប្រធានអាស៊ានរបស់កម្ពុជា (២) កំណត់ឱកាស និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាសម្រាប់ការធ្វើជាប្រធានអាស៊ាននាពេលខាងមុខរបស់កម្ពុជា និង (៣) ប្រមូលធាតុចូលគោលនយោបាយសម្រាប់អ្នកតាក់តែងគោលនយោបាយ ដើម្បីជួយកម្ពុជាអោយបំពេញតួនាទីជាប្រធានអាស៊ានប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុង ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដោយសំដៅពង្រឹងសរស្តម្ភសំខាន់ៗចំនួនបីគឺ សហគមន៍នយោបាយ-សន្តិសុខអាស៊ាន សហគមន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ាន និងសហគមន៍សង្គម-វប្បធម៌អាស៊ាន ក៏ដូចជាការជំរុញទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយដៃគូខាងក្រៅរបស់អាស៊ានផងដែរ។
