ភ្នំពេញ៖ ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ វិទ្យាស្ថានចក្ខុវិស័យអាស៊ី (AVI) តំណាងដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ឈាង វណ្ណារិទ្ធ ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថាន AVI និងកាសែតខ្មែរថាមស៍ តំណាងដោយ លោក ម៉ូហាន បានដាម អ្នកបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយរបស់កាសែតខ្មែរថាមស៍ បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីការបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរដោយផ្អែកលើចក្ខុវិស័យ និងផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។

Phnom Penh (On 17th December 2021)- AVI and Khmer Times held a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to cooperate based on common vision and interest.
The ceremony was presided over by Mohan Bandam, Publisher of Khmer Times, and Dr Chheang Vannarith, President of AVI, and other distinguished guests from both institutions.
Khmer Times and AVI cooperate on areas including co-organising events and activities; promoting public relations and stakeholder engagement; and disseminate opinions and analysis generated by AVI on a priority.
At the signing ceremony, both parties expressed their commitment to cooperating closely in implementing the aims and scope of work agreed in the Memorandum of Understanding.
