H.E. Mrs. EAT Sophea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Cambodia’s ASEAN SOM Leader, will preside over the launching ceremony and deliver her keynote address.
