Therefore, Cambodia can consider adapting some relevant projects implemented in other countries to boost digitalisation in the country and address the urban-rural digital divide. Those projects can represent a valuable source of constructive feedback and tips, but they must be tuned to the Cambodian context, culture, and situation.
