National Housing Policies in Cambodia and Thailand: A Comparative Analysis

This article offers a comparative analysis of national housing policies in Cambodia and Thailand. Both countries have been seeking to provide safe and affordable houses for their respective urban residents. However, they have experienced different levels of success and challenges. The article offers some recommendations for Cambodia to improve its national housing policy implementation.
