Smart City: A Model for Cambodian Provincial Cities

This article analyses smart city’s most common concepts and components used in ASEAN, Cambodia, and worldwide. It examines the forms and movements of smart cities in Cambodia. The article suggests that the initiatives and implementation of Cambodia’s smart cities should consider and align with the cities’ natural characteristics, potentials, needs, and technological contexts.
