Making of International Cyberspace Law

Due to state and non-state actors’ reliance on cyberspace and its growing peril, powerful states have advocated for cyberspace security. International communities have failed to establish internationally recognised institutions and laws for cyberspace governance. Therefore, the governing of cyberspace is left to individual states to determine, which has consequently delayed the development of an international legal framework for cyberspace governance.
