កិច្ចពិភាក្សាតុមូលស្តីពី «ការបោះឆ្នោតសភាអឺរ៉ុបឆ្នាំ២០២៤»
វិទ្យាស្ថានចក្ខុវិស័យអាស៊ី (AVI), Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) និង Delegation of the European Union នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ បានសហការរៀបចំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាតុមូលស្តីពី «ការបោះឆ្នោតសភាអឺរ៉ុបឆ្នាំ ២០២៤» កាលពីថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Hyatt Regency ភ្នំពេញ។
កម្មវិធីពិភាក្សាតុមូលនេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំអ្នកជំនាញការបោះឆ្នោតនៅសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃស្ថានភាពនយោបាយនៅអឺរ៉ុប ឥទ្ធិពលនៃការបោះឆ្នោតអឺរ៉ុបឆ្នាំ២០២៤ និងទិដ្ឋភាពភាពខុសគ្នារវាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងអាស៊ាន។ លើសពីនេះ កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះបានលើកឡើងអំពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឥរិយាបថបោះឆ្នោតរបស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងយុគសម័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទំនើប និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរគោលនយោបាយរបស់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការវិវត្តនៃថាមវន្តរបស់សង្គម-នយោបាយក្នុងតំបន់ និងទិដ្ឋភាពភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយសកល។ ជាពិសេស កិច្ចពិភាក្សាខាងលើក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីឥទ្ធិពលនៃលទ្ធផលនៃការបោះឆ្នោត និងបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើសារៈសំខាន់របស់ការទូតសភាដែលមានលក្ខណៈសកម្ម និងបរិសកម្ម ដែលអាចចាប់ផ្តើមចេញពីសកម្មភាពជាក់ស្តែង និងប្រាកដប្រជានានា ដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងជំរុញទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងប្រទេសនិងប្រទេស ដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។
The Roundtable Discussion on “The European Elections 2024”
The Asian Vision Institute (AVI), the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Cambodia and the Delegation of the European Union in Phnom Penh co-organised a roundtable discussion on “The European Election 2024” on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh.
The event brought together experts on the EU elections to discuss the current state of affairs of the political situations in Europe, the implication of the European election 2024 and the differences aspects between the EU and ASEAN. Particularly, there were discussions on the change in voting behaviors of the people in era of modern technology and EU’s policy change in response to the evolving regional socio-political and social dynamisms and global geopolitical landscapes. Essentially, the roundtable also discussed the implications of the results of the election and stressed the importance of the active and proactive parliamentary diplomacy to strengthen and foster relations between countries in areas of mutual interests that can start from some practical, realistic activities.
